To some degree I agree with you but when all the other first class mages and test takers are saying how impossible and unfair her tests are it makes me feel like she is taking it too far because of her being overly cautious about talented mages dying, like, to an unreasonable degree.

It was a deliberate action. From her perspective, you can't call yourself a 1st tier mage if you can't go through with this obstacle. While this trial was a choice that she made, they have to keep in mind that threats like the old demon king exists and repeat themselves throughout history. So, this added difficulty is necessary so that they are more prepared in case any enemy becomes a global problem. While her passiveness can be annoying, I totally agree with her vision and her action. those mages had the possibility at any point to call a golem and call it quit, in a real life-or-death situation, they would not have this opportunity

@jake smith you’re in for a ride! It didn’t win the poll unfortunately but I think it will before or after mob psycho, OPM is short so it won’t take long, but please give it a chance when they watch it! the story is well written and you don’t need to know much about volleyball to enjoy it❤️

Sense pisses me off with her being there and letting herself get replicated while also not helping. She is really dumb while also being really smart. I mean Fern and Frieren could have beaten her without a doubt but it's unfair for the other test takers. I feel like Richter and both of the two girls who are always fighting really deserved their certifications

Its a crazy concept that since magic relies on visual imagination in this show, a psychopath like Ubel has an easier time being able to perform certain spells that others couldn't do. Being a psychopath becomes a superpower lol.

Theres a dude who went in by himself to the tomb. We see him huddled up at one point by a statue or some rock or something. Pretty sure he's the one who used the Golem this episode and the one Richter said "who are you?" to.

Frieren Season 2 has been bookmarked for fall of 2025! And with the timing of when Frieren last used that special magic, my bet is the last person who forced her to use it was the Demon King.

I really love Fern and Frieren’s relationship. The absolute faith that Frieren has in Fern is so beautiful. And Frieren is so proud of Fern for forcing her clone to use whatever that ability was (also very strongly implied that the last time she was forced to use it was when she fought the DEMON KING)!

From what was seen with Übel and the constant talk about magic being a world of visualization, I think the Frieren clone essentially imagined the attack on Fern into reality. It's like reality bending. The height of magic
