Pandaman was created by Oda for a fan contest for the wrestling anime Kinnikuman (aka Ultimate M.U.S.C.L.E. in the USA). Oda won the contest and they put Pandaman in the show and even made a toy of him. I own the toy lol

Yep. You have no clue how detailed Oda is. So much of the One Piece lore is intwined and intermingled with itself that I'm astonished there's no real glaring plot holes. Oda really loves his work.

Love how you read a lot of silly questions this time! Oda's answers really shows his character: humorous big-brained man 🤣 also the world building details like aqua laguna and long ring long land are super neat. Like Haylee said, Oda's brain works in mysterious ways lol

As you become more and more of a one piece fan, you start to realize that oda doesn't just plan out stuff it sometimes feels like the world aligns itself into his story. We are talking about Oda having fans looking at current planetary alignments or overseas political climates
