I LOVE this show. I was never super into anime but after I got out of the military after 9 years I was really struggling with adapting to civilian life. This was recomended to me by my battle who got out a few years sooner. It REALLY captures that odd mixture of familiarity and culture shock along with everything slowing way the heck down. Helped my transition a bit to have some beutiful art to relate to.
