yeah it's a bit annoying that they named him that because it would make for his title to just be Fuhrer-King (Father-King) or something too, as well as just have two separate titles. It can be confusing for first time watchers.

Great episode! Honestly the thing I always love about this episode is that how it implies a deeper bond between Greed and his men, enough that they are concerned about him during the fight and willing to fight for him, and he's PISSED when they're killed, enough not to just run away for his own sake (even though he's the type who isn't above running away as we see with ed)
