Yeah despite the animation, the story is still good. It's funny and keep you engaged and One/Murata know how to use the characters to keep it fresh.

Well, if Boros the "Dominator of the Universe" wasn't enough to make Saitama go all out, it was certain Suiryu wouldn't be enough far from it lol. Even in the martial arts department, there are people stronger than him like old man Silver Fang, and his brother.

Yeah, people expected the same fighting stuff in season 2, but I think One Punch Man is good at destroying your expectation. It's like they have a writersroom and it's just a competition to come up with the dumbest ideas. It works, even though jokes sometimes don't translate into English, it's still funny! I'm kinda curious what they would both think of Gintama, but it's a long ass series.

Season 2 got a lot of flack for the lowered animation quality compared to S1, which is true, but I'm glad you both are still enjoying it so much. Looking forward to Season 3 in October with you.
