The openings are all so good. I still think the first one is my favorite though. The music starts off so beautifully then ignites with that guitar slide and at the same time it’s showing the philosopher stone and the fire consuming Ed and Al’s house. Soo good it brings tears of happiness 🤣

The best OP and ED set for a series. Well worth watching it too while watching the show. It really builds the feelings during those certain points in the series. Rain is my favorite OP following by Again which is iconic. Uso being my favorite ED.

First OP has always been my favourite opening for any anime. For me it just hits different. I guess the downside of waiting to watch these after finishing the anime is missing out on listening to these bangers multiple times.

Definitely all the songs are S-tier. If you can, I recommend listening to the song 'Brother' performed live with the voice actresses. Even though it’s from the first version of Fullmetal Alchemist, it really captures the feeling that Al and Ed have as brothers

I loved seeing you guys react to this series! Really gave me nostalgia for my own childhood and watching this series with my own brothers. Also, I know you've already selected Vinland Saga to fill FMAB's slot in your schedule, but I just have to suggest Dr. Stone to you guys. It's an amazing show, and the main character actually reminds me of Ed in a lot of ways. I'd really love to see it in one of your polls in the future. Looking forward to the next one!

They are all genuinely really good songs. I dont blame yall for struggling. ED2 is my fav! Side note Nico touches the walls have done many banger OPs and EDs for Naruto and Bleach, amongst others on top of many non anime hits! Glad you enjoyed the show. Winry is one of my fav characters of all time.

I think something Fullmetal Alchemist BROTHERHOOD really benefited from, to feel it so very full circle even including the cohesion with openings and endings, was the fact that the story was OVER. They had the whole picture while being in production and made an amazing job adapting it. The only thing that could have improved it would be if the earlier version didn’t exist, so they could have taken more time in the first few chapters (of Brotherhood) and not condensing and cutting as much as they did because that was already covered by the previous adaptation.

My personal rankings: OP's: 4, 2, 1, 5, 3. OP 4 to me is like, the ultimate hype and rise to the end. The last part where the song just takes off and the animation is insane. ED's: 2, 1, 4,5, 3. ED 2 coming on screen after Ed and Winry have the moment in the alley, episode 22...instant tears.

I can't NOT say it....it's INSANE you guys didn't experience these during the show. You guys are right, the music is INSANELY PERFECT. Although there are spoilers, there are some you just can't put together. For example, ED 4, those hands? It's actually Alphonse and Hoenheim! It's when Alphonse says it's so warm! Even after seeing that scene you guys didn't catch it lol. Also, the FMA 03 music is INCREDIBLE too. I've said it a million times, but go watch FMA 03 on your own time and fully experience the world of FMA in all it's glory. The music, OP's, ED's, are also a reason why this show has been ranked at the top for so many years!

Op and ED are supposed to be enjoyed every episode, that’s how we’ve always watched anime bfore. I still remember the lyrics up to now coz I’d listen to it every time. But due to spoilers ppl skip them now n I feel like it takes away from the xperience. But totally understandable u guys skip them since u guys are very smart too. But FMAB op n ed are iconic.

For future anime or the ones you currently watching I would recommend listening to the opening/ending at least once when the episodes with them are reached. That way you don't get spoiled but at least get the songs that set the tone for the series. Especially the endings of Fullmetal were so bind with the episodes that it always hurt when you stopped the episode when the ending started

Thank you for fighting for ED 2 because having it after ED1 is diabolic 😭 Also OP 3 gets a bad rep. It's one of those OPs that most people don't like initially but end up loving after hearing it alot. Also with Vinland Saga please don't skip the first OP, it isn't spoilery and is like half the reason to watch the show lol.

Gonna be super fun to watch this video. The openings to FMA are all great! However I have to say that skipping openings for a whole series to react to them after the fact is crazy to me hahaha! I think an OP is part of the show and hypes me up for every episode. At least if they are good and the FMA and AoT openings are GREAT! No hate of course, just my two cents, you do what you like.
