It's crazy to think that without help, Luffy would have never left for the Grandline, with him not being able to beat Smoker, and that 400 eps later, he still would not be able to beat him. But of course, besides his own strength, Luffy's ability to attract and befriend exactly the right people is a huge skill on its own

If you guys don't remember Kuma did say to Luffy that they'd never meet again back in Sabaody. Hancock was able to touch Smoker like when Rayleigh was able to touch Kizaru. Doflamingo's laugh is very iconic and legendary. <3

The whole interaction between Buggy and Whitebeard is one of the funniest moments in the series for me. And what a concert by the VA of Buggy xD That little choreography performed by his fanatics nearly kills me every time. -Huh? Who does he think he is?! Yeah! He's our captain Buggy!

Hahahah, I understand the pain, I feel like the original Dragon Ball anime gave the same type of energy. Action and story was great but it was dragging out for so long that, at some point, it was almost unbearable to watch

Waiting a week for a new episode, and then watching a 7-8 minutes long recap followed by a bunch of flashbacks, fillers and over-repeated scenes mixed in with the 3 minutes long real content is why One Piece is only the best story, but far from the best anime... I can't wait for the WIZ remake. But until then I still enjoying the show with react youtubers, who are far behind, and can go faster. It's so much better then it was watching alone, weakly, not knowing if this weak will be a full on filler episode, or at least we got something nice...

No wonder Buggy is afraid of Whitebeard. He is one of the few persons in this war who was actually there when Whitebeard, Roger and their crews had their all-out-fights, he knows very well how powerful and dangerous Whitebeard is and still he is talking to him like that. Quite brave, I must admit!

7:17 is wild but I remember those days when I was younger. After a certain arc and a certain repeated use of a scene over and over I had to convert to the manga and I never looked back. Still I fully enjoy watching along with you two. Just a shame the amount of pacing issues that holds this series back.
