I always find it hilarious that everyone (including Chopper) is so easily fooled by these fake Straw Hats 🤣🤣🤣 I gotta say though, I do miss the old mid-episode character cards. You said it felt like almost 2 years. When these came out weekly, the crew originally seperated on episode 405: "Disappearing Crew Mates - The Final Day of the Straw Hat Crew" on June 9, 2009. They then didn't reunite until episode 517: "A New Chapter Opens: The Straw Hat Pirates Regather" on October 2, 2011. Real time, it was longer than 2 years and we didn't see portions of the crew for months on end!

Each of the Fake Straw Hats is voiced by one of the other Straw Hats. Fake Luffy is voiced by Sanji. Fake Zoro is voiced by Usopp. Fake Nami is voiced by Chopper. Fake Sogeking is voiced by Franky. Fake Sanji is voiced by Zoro. Fake Chopper is voiced by Luffy. Fake Robin is voiced by Nami. Fake Franky is voiced by Brook. There is no Fake Brook due to him not being a known affiliate of the Straw Hat Crew, Robin's voice actress is the only one left out :(

So Blackbeard is counted in the rookies of Luffys generation because he was an unknown pirate until that year. He got his first bounty after the war, so technically he was a rookie for that year

Even if the pacing of the original version is on the level of fun to frustration, thank you to enable us to see your reaction to it and relive the memories of our past. Also i did find it quite a nice funny touch, that the used the original cast of the straw hats and switched them around for the fakes. I would assume the voice actors had quite a lot of fun.
