Finding out the weird quirks of the brothers as adults are a result of them trying to placate Shirahoshi any way they could as children is just absolutely heartbreaking

Never trust silhouettes in One Piece. They are used when Oda hasn't finish a design yet. Just look at the silhouettes of the Shichibukai when they where first mentioned.

Queen Otohime really is such an underrated part of the One Piece story and man did it break my heart to watch these episodes again 😢 She's such a strong woman who, even in her last moments, chose to go against hatred and inspire her children and her husband to do the same 🥹🥹🥹 Flashbacks are my absolute favorite part of One Piece because they provide the backbone and context of the arc that we need while simultaneously destroying us emotionally 😭😭😭 This flashback is just so good and did a great job depicting a lot of complicated topics. Ok, I'm gonna go wipe the tears away now

Who doesn’t like this arc? I’ve never heard that haha. Everyone’s least favorite arc is Long Long Island and Foxy, I always thought

The moment when the brothers try to cheer up Shrahoshi is so underrated in the community, just because people dont like this arc:( for me its atleast a top 5 Moment to hit my feelings.
