WAVE ECHO CAVE - Mine Tunnels, Barracks, Ruined Storeroom and Fungi Cavern
🕑 Added 2021-06-17 14:14:49 +0000 UTCI have brought you four new locations of Wave Echo Cave: firstly, Mine Tunnels and South Barracks, where according to the adventure the adventurers will face an ochre jelly and a pack of ghouls.
I was eager to recreate this part so that it can be used in a totally different campaign, like in a haunted dungeon with its labyrinthine lairs and ruined halls. I think even those can fit it into their stories who have already played LMOP or not even planning.
Secondly, the Ruined Storeroom and Fungi Cavern are also done.
This latter one is a bit more specific, but it inspired me to create a variation, which has absolutely nothing to do with the location in the original version. I named it Spore Caves. This third special location will be sent to those who support all creations (max 3) each month.
Don’t worry if you don’t happen to receive this cool exclusive version today: you’ll get it next month in case you support every (or max 3) creation of this month.
I also made a plain, versatile playmat with rocky textures which is perfect if you need a quick grid for an encounter. I also made it more interesting by adding a low-key but cool little animation. Black shadows are swirling at the edges of the screen, leaving what they are hiding up to your players’ imagination based on your narration. This new piece was added to the CG-only ANIMATED BATTLE GRIDS set. Get it from here.

Thanks, the webm versions are included in the shared folder and you can easily import them in Astral. I suggest to use the gridless versions.
