I'm glad there are so many people who love Devon. When I first made her I wasn't sure people were going to like her. I had 10 different variations of her that were all different and the one I'm currently using is the one that won my heart as well as yours.
I don't like to spoil anything in the story so I try to keep from answering certain questions or responses because there isn't anything I can really say without giving a spoiler. Or sometimes I say something without thinking about it, and spoil something. The only thing I will spoil here is that Devon is the main LI. Her story will come. She is in almost every episode, even if its a little one.
Once I finish chapter 6. I need to redo the roadmap. As some of you know, I had some 70 chapters planned out. I was supposed to be able to do an entire week of the story in one month. Wow was I wrong. I was barely able to do 1 day in 1 month. So I need to condense some of this down as I'd like this to be more like 24 chapters, or as close to that as possible.
People fell in love with Colleen and Kyuw and pleaded for more. So more there will be. They both actually add to a lot of the story and just make it better overall.
For now. I'm going to continue the path that I'm doing. As mentioned before once part#1 is done. If people wish that I go back and make different paths then perhaps that's something we can all discuss and decide if that's what we should do, or if you all want me to continue with part#2.
For now I need people to know that what happens, happens for a reason, and that certain things will make more sense as the story progresses.

Just as an addendum. There will always be a choice when it comes to Devon and what you do or don't do. Just the event might be a little, or a lot shorter than you anticipate.

The creator following his/her plan is imo the most important cause if they change everything according to feedback I have seen games become a mess and/or the creator can lose the motivation and inspiration driving the development. (of course take in constructive feedback, but not change everything because of it) I do think this model so many/almost all of these kinds of games follow of many updates with more or less content can in these situations hurt the game during development at times. I 100% understand why it is like this and the positives of this model, but yeah, as someone who was a little disappointed in the last update, part of that is the wait and building expectations that it didnt live up to imo. But if I played it later in development/when it was a finished game it would just be a smaller part and I could see it in the bigger story and I would at least be less negative about that part. Sorry for the rambling, but yeah, just keep doing you and im looking forward to the continuation and im sure it will turn out great in the end.
