Unfortunately you will need to restart. Saves won't work, they will break. However I've implemented something so that in the future. I should be able to prevent it from happening again.
I'm not sure how people feel about my little amateur animations. If they are good enough or you would rather I just focus on scenes. I wouldn't mind some feedback here.
There is a cheat button added. For now its just a cheat for Devons characters stats. But there will be more there as I go along. I'll add more functionality each update. I don't want to completely focus on it and take away from an update.
With that said, Here is the link. I need to start looking into some accounts for downloads.
In the interest of attempting to get some more patrons. I'll release this in a month to the public instead of the 3 months I originally stated.

Great! I'm glad you enjoyed it! I do have plans to add a gallery. I had commissioned someone to write the code up for me. However, they seem to have ghosted me, and I haven't heard anything back since. So now I'm in the process of learning how to do it for myself. :) I originally had everything coded in Unity, but I found people like Renp'y as an engine and are more open to it than Unity. So I decided to go that route as even I preferred Renp'y. Just learning its syntax is the challenge for now. I have some more to say but I'll save it for Fridays post.
chapter 2 was really good, are you planning on making a gallery of sorts where you can view scenes and pics? that would be awesome
