Hero Me Discord Server Issue

As of now, a little over 1,100 members roles have been restored on the Hero Me Discord server. There are roughly 300 members remaining to have their roles restored.
If your role has not been restored yet (or it was set incorrectly), please send me a message on Discord to MediaMan3D#0151 with your email address used here on Patreon and I will get it set right away.

We have identified the Patreon bot as the source of the Role deletions, but not the cause. The Patreon bot's purpose is to automatically add new patrons (All-Access tier and above) to the Hero Me Discord server (if you have your Discord ID associated with your Patreon account). Somehow it went 'nuts' and removed nearly everyone's Roles (1,100 removed out of 1,400 total members) between 11:03 AM and 11:20AM this morning. I have never done anything with that bot other than install it long ago.
In the audit log before and after these times the Patreon bot is adding patrons & adding Roles and hopefully only removing patron's Roles for who have cancelled their MediaMan3D subscriptions on Patreon.
I have sent parts of the Discord Audit log to the Discord support team for further investigation (see attached images). I won't know if they can restore everyone's roles until their next update to me at the earliest.
I am not waiting, I am manually going through the log for each member and adding their Role back. This will be time consuming to get through over 1,100 members. So far I have restored the proper Roles to about 120 members.
I hope to get this resolved this weekend. Thank you for your patience.

I login to Discord today to find that 80% of all members (over 1,400) have had their Roles wiped. About 300 members still have a Role and are able to access the channels. If you are unable to see anything on the Hero Me Discord Server, this is why.
I have submitted an urgent support request to Discord find out what happened and if they can restore the Role settings for everyone.
I will update everyone as soon as I have more information.

Be sure to have your Discord User ID associated with you Patreon account. Without that, you won't get the right Discord 'role' assigned.

You should now have access. I also suggest that you associate your Discord ID with your Patreon account. Without that, you won't get your proper Discord Role assigned for others you may support.

Were you not getting any channels in the Hero Me Discord server? If so, you need to associate your Discord ID with your Patreon account so that you are automatically assigned the right Role on the server. If you give me your Discord ID, I can set your Role so you have access.

I am sorry about that. Did you associate your Discord ID with your Patreon account? Without that, you won't get your proper Discord Role assigned. What is your Discord ID. I can then assign your Role to get all the channels.

I confirmed that you have the right Discord Role set. You have the All Access member access in the Merlin Media (Hero Me) Discord Server. You should be able to see all the channels that are for your role.

Hi, I was trying to connect my account to discord, I have it linked to my patreon account as well, but I can't get there properly. I tried to use the invite you posted above to Seth, it got linked (possibly), but all I can see is emptyness of a discord server named Merlin Media (I guess that's the proper name of the server). If you associate your Discord ID with your Patreon account it will get your Role set correctly. This will solve this issue for getting into Discord for the next creator you back. I have updated your Role for the Hero Me Discord server.
