I am currently trying to get through 0.8e and its very close to being finished at this point, so I just want to take a moment to talk about it and whats coming up next.
So 0.8e is going to change femininity a bit in that it will now be a scale of -100 to 100, with you starting at 0 (that being neutral). While obviously going from masculine to feminine is a big part of the game, it didn't really make a lot of sense to start at the most masculine point, especially with trying to introduce more masculine content in general, but not actually being able to go anywhere from where you actually start. This way, those changes are still a focus, but its split evenly between masculine and feminine with their own full sides of the spectrum to work towards.
Besides that, there are a few things that I'm trying to get cleared up in this update as well, such as closing out the Club story stuff and leading into the third town area, as well as covering some missing things from the last update (such as a missing scene for each of the parents) and adding an extra chunk to Winter's story because the last update was a little weird and didn't actually provide much actual story, so I do want to make up for that.
After that, there will be a 0.8f which will likely be a smaller update kind of cleaning and fixing stuff up before we finally move on to 0.9 where most of the stories will pick up a lot to lead into 1.0. As far as the other stuff like doing things in discord like I mentioned before, that is coming, sorry I have been focused on trying to get this update out, but after it I will be doing some more things like making some discord stuff, working more on my other project that I would like to try and show off, as well as a new poll that I've been putting off for too long, so just please bare with me as I try to get through everything.

There will definitely be more clothes and things, as far as piercings and tattoos though they would really just be an image on the status screen. I mean there could be a few specials scenes for them, but I couldn't really change a lot of scenes for something like that.
There should be more clothing and sex toys and Lingerie. also a tattoo/piercing parlor. maybe the guy the MC is dating can ask for him to get matching or Alpha husband and sissy wife tattoo. and the piercings can be some fetish/surprise for the MC. the piercings can be nipples, ears, nose, belly button, balls, anel , penis.

I appreciate it, they are some good ideas. I hadn't really thought about bringing together Felix for interactions with other dominate characters. I would like to bring the characters into more interactions outside of just their stories, so this could be a great way to do that.

I think Felix's Dad and MC should have their way with sex toy Felix. Or maybe if MC is going the fem route, Felix's Dad should tie up MC and Felix and have his way with his sub boys? Or maybe MC just makes out with Felix's Dad when no one is looking? Can you imagine MC's Dad's face is he caught them, and what he would say? And how about MC finds Felix's Mom in the bedroom with some sexy guy, and a 3-way ensues? Just throwing out twisted ideas.

I don't have an exact update for it but I'm planning sometime in 0.9. There are still a lot of scenes that need to be rewritten for it, but I want it all done by 1.0.

Oh you're fine, I have been thinking about them, I was considering maybe doing dick size with this update if I can but I am still thinking about some aspects of it. Hair is something that I've been sitting on and haven't gotten around to, but the next update (0.8f) may be the perfect time to do it since it'll be a lighter update. Facial features I am still on the fence about because I don't want to give complete specifics about the character's appearance, I still want it things like the face to be up to the players imagination.

Any advances on the ideas I mentioned a couple months back? (i.e. pictures of facial changes with varying masculinity/femininity, hair, dick size) I know I'm probably a royal pain in the behind, but I'm curious. I don't think I'd be the only one to enjoy something like that....though I could be wrong.

Perhaps you are right, it can always be adjusted if it seems weird. I just placed it at exactly 0 for gameplay reasons more than any logical reason.

But it also quite strange for a male MC to start at neutral femininity). Should be something like at least -20 in that scale.
