I had planned to make Winter have some more serious issues in her story, but then I wasn't sure if it would really fit the game, so what are your thoughts on story in the game?

I'm fine with serious topics as long as political agendas aren't being pushed at the expense of the game

I'm not far into Winter's story at all. Maybe because my character is gay AF and hasn't flirted with her enough. I think a story-line is always important. 100% sex without any story gets boring after a while, even if it's hot. I wouldn't shy away from a serious topic, if that's the story you want to tell. As long as it doesn't become really grim for long, and leads back into something sexy, as Joe said.

I think serious topics are totally fine, so long as you keep your audience in mind and find a way to loop it back into the sexy nature of the game.
