Ultimate Immersion v4.4 update news - Forge [1.18.2 & 1.16.5]

Last update was very much experimental and I've noticed those with lower end of this mod usage community (down to GTX 1660) were complaining about performance issues with the last update which was somewhat expected as models I added were quite complex for Minecraft standards, which made me think a lot about the future of this project.
Although I'd love to continue in this direction the optimization is holding me back. That's why I decided to release a new x256 resolution of my resource pack, to see how much this can increase your performance. From my own tests between x2048 and x256 @ 1080p and 9 chunk render range (SEUS HRR 3) on a busy build by REDZ I experienced around 70% gain in fps with x256. Test was done with my RTX 3090Ti.
Of course this number can go up exponentially on builds with less placed objects as tested one had a lot of foliage in the scene.
Based on your feedback after the next x256 pack update I'll then decide should I continue adding more updates to the current mod or rather create a separate mod instead.
There are a lot of assets in the current mod to build pretty much anything modern and those who can will just load a new mod alongside to replace current models with new complex ones.
That's my theory, although I have yet to decide what direction would be most optimal and will let you know after this update.

You can run SEUS Renewed with my mod yes.
Any shaders for bad computer specs? However, the lighting does not work in the renewed version.
I have confirmed that the lights are working on HRR3. However, the computer is not good, so you have to use the renewed version.
Is it possible to enable lighting on the SEUS-Renewed version as well?

Please read the download post. You will need to download and install emissive files. With the recent updates I recommend HRR 2.1 or HRR 3 not PTGI.

Basic torches and glowstones illuminate well. Only mode lights don't work. I applied all shaders normally.

If you look from default player camera FOV it looks almost the same yes, but when you start coming closer to objects or zoom in, that's when you'll start to see pixels.

256 looks the exact same as 1024 to my eyes LOL
