Ultimate Immersion v0.6 update news
🕑 Added 2019-08-29 13:49:26 +0000 UTCMy new Ultimate Immersion v0.6 update is coming along nicely, even though this month I didn't have much time to work on this project due to my holidays in the begining of the month and the final thesis/diploma I'm now writing to finish my college next month (September). After that I can fully focus back on the living room interiors I have planned.
This time it's more plant based. I focused on the texture pack and tried the Optifine extension of CTM grass textures that overlay adjacent blocks, giving them more natural edges. So good news for texture pack only users as this update will get more working content not only in 1.12.2 with up to E7.1 but also in 1.13 & 1.14 and latest SEUS PTGI E8, E9.
CTM requires a lot more work than it seems at first as for just grass there was over 50 new texture outcomes needed to complete it fully. You can see the result of a stone tile edge below.
I'm in the process of adding few more models to the mod and possibly a new wood texture if I make it in time.
Future plans:
- also my plan is to sort objects properly in the mod inventory
- and for the big job I will start researching to update my mod for Minecraft 1.14, so it will be compatible with SEUS PTGI E8, E9 etc.
- add crafting plans to mod objects (for survival)

I'm using said optifine version + your mod on 1.12.2, however I just get a bunch of errors when I try to load the PTGI. Any advice ?

You already can in 1.12.2. Just use the new preview Optifine F4_pre3 on the end and you’ll be able to run all PTGI versions on 1.12.2.

To bad 1024x is not stable on 1.14 or at least for me so I just downgraded to 1.12 and I’m loving it, by the way is there a list somewhere of what blocks are modified?

All versions will be supported. But mod only works in 1.12.2 which adds extended content.

It works yes, i have separate packs for 1.14. But I also found out with new preview Optifine both E8 and E9 work on 1.12.2 so you can use latest ray tracing shaders and my mod.

Whow whow this is available for 1.14?! I understand not everything but I just want textures for now I can wait for the rest of the mods! In that case count me in!!!

Textures only were working before already in 1.14 but this time I added more textures than my mod models. Still I did add couple of models to the mod and it doesn’t work with 1.14 yet. I will start upgrading that after I finish my college next month.
