"The looming figure of the scared reptilian with his finger on the trigger. " > scaled. Personnaly, I like those chapters, it will lead to tremendous growth among the group after feeling such helplessness. Richard protected them a bit too well ^^ Though I too wish that no one dies, such hardships are necessary to prepare them for the world after the tutorial. And it will finally chip a bit of Denise reckless arrogance, that last attack was clearly too great of a risk.

Not going to lie, this arc about the side characters is not interesting to me at all. The straight prose without any mention of the main character, like, it all reads like an interlude. I don’t understand why I’m meant to care about any of it. Where is the mc? What is he doing? I personally abhor stories with too many perspectives and these past few chapters read like that. It feels like an abrupt shift, please give me a reason to care about these other characters, because for the time being, nothing from the first 50 chapters makes me give a shit. No disrespect, the author will write what they’re going to write, but this feels like a really crappy arc.

Thanks for the chapter! Well that seems like a harsh dose of reality for Denise especially with how her life apparantly went from that Interlude...

Bamen Sanders

You’re right, my bad, will change it then.

This is a way to do a year long timeskip for the mc otherwise u would have a entire arc for the mc training up in dialated time, or a couple chapters divided over that year making it hard to enjoy. This way we know the situation some story and then a good kinda nice payoff in like 2 to 4 chapters

Alucard Hellsing

I don't care about them. Wasting chapters on nothing.

"The perfect tennis serve was a swift, upward slash." Huh? You're thinking Badminton, I'm pretty sure—or Pickleball (ick)—as what you're describing isn't remotely close to a tennis serve.
