Should I Create & Post At Other Social Media?
🕑 Added 2025-03-09 04:34:51 +0000 UTCI've been thinking about this a lot lately, which It has been bugging on my mind quite a while now.
So far my social media accounts for AI-Generated Contents are only available for Patreon, Pixiv and Reddit only. Other AI Content Creator out there have multiple social media accounts, including those 3 I mentioned, Twitter, PixivFanBox, DeviantArt, SubscribeStar Adult, and so much more.
But there's obviously upsides and downsides of creating multiple social media accounts to promote my AI-Generated Contents.
The Upsides is probably just increase my total members count and my revenue by a lot. Basically more people around the world will find out about me and come here to support me! Another thing would be people would reach out to me and collab with me. For example, Jumpy-AI help translate my AI Comics to Japanese, post them on his account, and tagged me in there, so his members will discover and support me!
The Downsides however is 100% going to make me much more busier than usual. In short, I have to manage multiple account at once by uploading at the same time schedule, do announcements on them and the regular stuff I did at what the social media accounts I'm using right now.
Another reason is that I'm a bit scared to post on places like Twitter for example, you know how messed up that place is lol. Very chaotic and unfriendly most of the times.

Personally, I think you should go with whatever works best for you. From my experience, Twitter and DeviantArt weren’t very effective for promoting Patreon, so I eventually stopped using them. In the end, Pixiv was the easiest and got the most views for me. However, one thing to be very careful about—PixivFanBox strictly prohibits AI-generated content according to its guidelines. If you post AI-generated works there, your account will be banned. Absolutely do not use it for that!

I've tried Twitter when I started out, but pretty much stopped posting there. There wasn't any unfriendliness or anything, but the algorithm felt like a gamble and barely gotten any views. DA is pretty cool, but if you start posting there, do consider paying for pro+. It's one hell of a job to post there page by page even with it. Also the fact, that you have to boost your own posts to gain more views is kinda scummy, since you have to pay for boosts. (you get 3 for free every month and lasts 2day). People are kinda chill there tho, but less people sub on DA, than on Patreon. Alternatively I'd recommend e-hentai(.)net. People are very unfriendly there towards Ai creators, however since I started using it, it did boost my revenue.

Tbh the only one i think would be good enough to consider is DA but the Rest is pretty much irrelevant i think
