Red Dawn is Streaming on Amazon Prime. So it was a great way to finish Monday watching a movie that my Dad used to teach us about the Cuba Embargo.

I haven't seen this movie in ages and ages. I know I recently saw my blu ray at a really accessible place. Need to find it.

So I was at the gym trying out some of the workouts in "Be fit like a Bill" by Ryan Stanger and this guy was screaming at the mirror that a love scene between Powers Boothe and Lea Thompson was cut because the test audiences found the age difference "uncomfortable". No fucking shit.

It made me so happy to see this title in the feed today. This movie, nay film, was a big part of my childhood ('80's kid). I grew up around a lot of woods, so "playing Red Dawn" was a thing, with BB guns, w/o orange tips and replica M16's (white privilege for sure).
