Not sure where that came from, but there's no hatred coming from my end. There are many stories out there that feature men with a light skintone. Is a man with a darker tan not allowed to experience the same?

You know what they also have more success with? Not hating white men and giving people a MC they actually want to play as

I feel like Patreon is the bandaid. Most devs I'm in contact with have far better succeed ratios on Steam.

Most of the dudes playing these games are white. It makes sense the game doesnt make more money. Steam is but a bandaid

You already know how I feel about this game and you as a developer. In this industry it is very difficult to say that there is one best game. I spend way too much time gaming and I find a new game nearly every day. It seems that the more you find, the easier it gets. With every new game, I end up being even more impressed with your work and your dedication to it. As for mad? No, I would more likely say a passionate genius, slightly obsessed. As for the criticism, your work has already proved that you cannot be lazy. Just dealing with the tattoos alone, is enough to show that. When you get into this business you sadly find there are a few angry, disturbed people out there. Nothing you do will make a difference so it is not worth your time. I always was a fan of Taylor and as for the rework, It looks fantastic. She should give you a big hug too 🙂.

It always makes me happy when there are people out there that recognize and understand the work involved. And I agree, Madman is a probably a more appropriate title. 😁

Seeing as you are doing triple the work of most VN devs by yourself, I would be the last person to call you lazy. -You are taking Daz characters and customizing them down to their textures and materials for Unreal Engine. -You are using the Unreal Engine to render instead of Daz. Which require porting them over, which isn't a simple process. -You are custom making environments on top of still experimenting with different lighting techniques to get the renders the way you want them. I assume you also do post work. -Writing a more original story then the usual University bang em all approach. Even decided to split the story into two distinct paths you mad man. -A "Mini" game that ties directly into the story (your fighting system ain't mini at all but I'm sure people call it such). It's also fun to play with outside of the story mind you. -And you do all of this as a side thing on your own, which to me is impressive. To even have enough energy to work on something this massive is a testament to how passionate you are for the project. I'm sure their uneducated comment burned a little, but nah you do way more than plenty man. Even if this project doesn't work out you'll still have my respect for trying as hard as you have.
