More conscripted labour. Paid and fed, weekends (although 10 day week!), though it wasn’t optional to work on the project. That said the religious belief was that the Pharaoh would plead the case for the people to join the afterlife - this life being a fleeting moment in a possible eternity - so they had an interest in getting it done too.

Did anyone notice that when Sadler was shooting at Solo with the huge gun, the rock Solo was hiding behind exploded into obvious chunks of styrofoam? I did not screencap, but it definitely contributed to the Xena/Hercules vibe for me...

We used to launch water balloons at out of town cruisers who loitered in a Burger King parking lot. We deployed flimsy grenade water balloons that occasionally exploded during launch so nobody would lose an eye or sustain a concussion. One time this idiot who had never gone out with us brought a normal balloon. He overshot the target and it blasted out one of the front windows at BK. We retired after that mission.
