Coming to this late. Did we ever figure out if "are spiders bites what's bad"? Thanks in advance! Great ep.

Doug R

I’m so behind, but this one exceeded my expectations

The Eric Roberts Experience

Dude, we gotta get Gabrus shittn solid.

skinnychode69420

I came for the frisbee scene but I stayed for the shit talk. Congrats on 10 days in a row Gabrus!

Doc Yakub

I dont know about you but i cant stop thinking about a french cut episode

A better snake movie than Anaconda

Brash Tracks

I'm here for the JustWatch content. Man, they've really dropped the ball for me a lot this month. Just do the job you've promised to do. 😂

Max Aguirre

The Sidaris universe greatly needs to be rebooted, agree Gabrus, you gotta do it. For as skeezy as they are, they’re weirdly feminist. Every single one passes the Bechdel test, usually within the first 15 min. Everyone is a sexual object, not just the women, and women have and exert sexual power of their own accord throughout. While everyone is pretty and dumb, they’re also incredibly capable at their jobs. Update the characters to different modern archetypes. Goth egirl intel babe, Barbie bimbo babe, social media zaddy, golden retriever WWE hunk, add some queer characters/sexy. Keep the stakes low, the action and sex high, and print that money.

By the way, Malibu Express is streaming for free on xhamster. (For real tho)

Will See

Hell yeah

David

So I’m the last the person to ever give Rodgers credit but I have to with his care for Gabrus’ gi issues. Good on ya!

I was thinking how funny it would be if they just kept using the boxes with the cast and crew’s names as props for the rest of the warehouse stuff and not address it at all

Hard Boiled

Conor Hunter

Hearing Stanger say "Rural Idaho" feels like comfort food to me.

Hammerthrust Von Sexron

Finally, Hollywood is giving equal attention to the ample chested woman.

Hammerthrust Von Sexron

The flight stuff is surprisingly legit.

Stephen Navarrete

It's funny Stanger mentions Amir Shervan trying to figure something out, because he has two other movies that are basically the same premise as Samurai Cop (Hollywood Cop and Killing American Style), except each one got progressively worse.

I will break wind all day if I ate a protein bar with whey protein

Megan

Jeff Poopdocter got me good.

Michael Pemulis

I hear a lot of talk about the upcoming live show, in this episode. Now, I don't want anyone to ask me how I know this, because I can't tell you, and certain agencies would be too interested in my abilities, and consequently my life, and yours, would be in danger; but one of the Boyz isn't going to make it to the show.

What is a “hard ticket”

Pod Ween Satan

My friend has been an AD on the Pro Bowl for many years. They always did it in Hawaii but now they’ve switched it to Orlando (much to the chagrin of all those involved. I think he said it had to do with covid and production/safety costs.

Dark Angel Of The Year

There are exactly two 90210 moments I remember from when I was a kid: One of them's Dylan smoking heroin in his car (I distinctly remember thinking "that seems like the worst place to do that!" as a 12-year old), and the other one's a really awkward episode where Steve suddenly gets super funny and starts cracking up his girlfriend, but then sheepishly reveals to her that he was just reciting some guy's stand-up album he had memorized. Also my sister was super into The Heights while it lasted and played the shitty soundtrack with How Do You Talk To An Angel? on it all the time, it brings me immeasurable nostalgic joy whenever you guys start shitting on it.

ValleyGeist

Re-listening to this and just crying

David

Looking forward to seeing how you squeezed 3 & 1/2 hours out of this movie

ValleyGeist

R: “Are spiders’ bites what’s bad?” G: “… … What?!?!”

Jack McReynolds

Biggest problem I had with the film was watching the forklift driver who broke the straps on the mutant snake box just drive away without lowering his forks. That's a big OSHA no no!

Hammerthrust Von Sexron

My dad’s a pilot and he also dresses in khaki short shorts jumpsuits with random shiny sticks. They’re doing the correct pre-flight checkout with checking fuel for water. Probably filed a flight plan with atc

HoosierGiczewski

You know what you don’t see on tv these days? Cottage cheese commercials.

Don Knott Steiner

It’s your prerogative. Personally the “Original” soundtrack also sounds pretty bad as well because it’s also a dub too. But at least it’s more authentic.

Thaddeus Miller

Should I watch Hard Boiled dubbed or with subtitles? I've never seen it. I know I'm off topic but not sure where else to get this information. I hate Reddit and a quick glance was not enough to easily find the answer.

Frosty peaches

As a big busty woman it feels good to finally see myself represented on screen

bloodflart

My family was on the Mayflower and I don't really have an ass at all if anyone is tracking on a Google doc

The Buffmaster

I think I successfulky changed my name to Buffmaster in Discord. One last Q: Under what names do the "Head Janitors" post under?

bloodflart

Bryce Pilaf

per the commentary, the Polaroid girl was only 17 at the time..

Ronn Moss (Rowdy) is a household name in Finland. For some reason The Bold and the Beautiful was really popular here. Fun sauna fact: apparently he did 4456 episodes of that! Yowza.

Adam Lewis

I saw this movie with subtitles in 1988 but I swear I remember the claw-kill line being the very '80s "Life's a bitch ... and then you die."

Stephen Tweedale

This movie gets an undeserved roast on its aviation terminology from Gabrus. The runway terminology is correct; the direction of the runway is indicated by the number. The 5 in Runway 5 means it’s oriented to 50 degrees on the compass. Left means there’s a parallel runway also oriented to 50 degrees. Because most people can tell their left from their right more easily than they can tell which compass direction something is in, Left and Right are used to clearly indicate which of the two parallel runways one is referring to. If the wind direction reverses, planes will need to take off and land in the opposite direction (to shorten the distance needed for takeoff and landing); Runway 5 Left then becomes Runway 23 Right.

In my early pubescent days, I fast-forwarded too far on our VHS taped-from-cable Back to the Future and I found, unlabeled, Andy Sidaris’ Malibu Express and man oh man what a jack-off jackpot that was for me and my adolescent dick. Thanks Dad!

bloodflart

Saw on the subreddit dude that made this also made a movie just called GUNS haha

Carlo Villafuerte

I remember watching this movie when I was 8years old, my mother went on vacation with my sisters and my dad was it’s movie night lol

(Re: Working on shitty movies and having good times.) Totally relate to this sentiment. When I started in the business 25 years ago there existed a whole circuit of low budget feature film production. A seemingly endless line of 2mil-500k budgeted movies that never saw the light of day but kept a lot of people alive and able to pay rent. They were always a complete shit show but you’d walk away with a stack of wild stories and adventures while being exploited and underpaid. It was the way you cut your teeth and developed a resume. 100$ a day for 15hrs of slave labor. They were always funded and directed by lunatics. I don’t think any of these things exist anymore. They all got replaced by low budget streamer movies that have been noted to death by execs until they’ve completely lost their bite. These truly independent movies were always helmed by a guy who fancied himself the next Joe Carnahan or whatever. You’d get peeled in the desert for three weeks blowing up cars and then completely forget you even worked on it until a year later when an office PA would call and beg you to come to the premiere at Cinespace. So many must have just been embezzlement schemes or armenian mafia money laundering operations. Crew members would work under pseudonyms because they were all non-iatse and you used to get in trouble for working on non-union productions as crew. Each movie would have one “star” they paid for three days of work to give it some sense of authenticity. Occasionally they would go big…I did one with Eric Roberts, Gary Busey AND Eric Estrada all in one. That was a real doozie. The movies were all totally unwatchable but there’d always be story like “Saw” where they actually hit it big and the net points they paid the crew in (instead of paying them actual wages) manifested in a real payday. Never caught one of those…still waiting for the mailbox money on “Unseen Evil 2”.

Whenever I see Erin Moriarty's fucked up plastic surgery I think of the story Ben told about driving her to an audition or something and how she was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. Body dysmorphia is real folks

The Coin Guy

New coin in the works! My wife is helping me this time

The Buffmaster

No I use another stupid name. I'll look for Joe B. over there. I'll be the one with pee stains on my pants... Thanks Joe

perkisize

there are channels for different topics but it's also mostly off topic, not a big deal

The Buffmaster

Thanks. I took a look, looking for a discussion about today's episode and somebody was selling a bicycle.. Wtf?

Joe B

it is - but i will be your chaperone and then after that you can come and go with confidence .. like your first visit to a golds gym (I’m assuming, cuz I’ve never been in one)

Don Knott Steiner

Now you have your in to do the one co-staring Buff Bagwell as a murderous Native American assassin.

Adam Lewis

Nunchucks.

LOVED the opening credits

Eliana

i'm 33 and for as long as i can remember my mom has watched the Bold & the Beautiful so i sent her a screenshot of Ronn Moss like "look who is in this bad movie I'm watching!" and she says "Ridge!!" (his character on the soap opera) then follows it up with "In real life he is dipsy doodles"

Gilligan(The marooned Ranchero)

I did some quick looking on IMCDB for that ute ( what else do you do when you shitting on company time?) And found out it's a modified Subaru GL courtesy of "Night Cub". Who would of guessed Night Wolf's son would be a movie guy too.

Quimberton Mullrooney

Pilgrim Hat Belt Joke!

Julian Neuweiler

I wonder if Gabrus has been told that him and Stavros Halkias have such similar vibes. Would love to have a beer with both.

ShangDangus

Hell to the yeah, this is an insane movie. A skateboarding assassin blown away by a bazooka, perfect.

Gilligan(The marooned Ranchero)

Bazookas, R/C Helicopters, and Utes what more could you ask from a movie.

Dan Fleming

This movie boldly asks the question: What if the CIA had the same sexual dynamic as a NJ restaurant?

Timothy Browne

This better be three and a half straight hours of Stanger singing the theme song.

Peter Muravez

Gonna listen to this episode in the hot tub (where I do my best thinking)

Art S

Will be listening while on one!

Cole Trickle

A love letter to being forklift certified.
