It’s funny that Stanger mentions them talking about Stuttering John a lot, they’re a part of the “dabbleverse” which is a loose collection of podcasts united around hating Stuttering John. It’s so far down the rabbit hole of obscurity I was stunned to hear it come up on here. I was an Opie and Anthony mega fan as a teen, and I’ve vaguely kept up with the drama surrounding Anthony since the show ended, and he’s in good with these guys I guess. They just did a DabbleCon and Anthony was a special guest. They’re all losers but I guess I’m the biggest loser for knowing all this.

I don't know if Gabrus is still listening to the QAA podcast, but one of their latest episodes was talking about online Russian propaganda stating that Putin had enlisted both Steven Seagal and Mel Gibson to stop adrenochrome farms in Ukraine and Hollywood. Just feels like a conspiracy made specifically for the Action Boyz.

That was such a weird phenomenon back then. Back To The Future was the same way. You’d get marathons with the two sequels, but it was really hard to see the first movie on regular TV in the 90’s. Another one in the 90’s was the Dollars trilogy. “Wanna see the movie that Biff, and his goohmas are watching in the hot tub? Tough luck, kid.”
