Forgive my ignorance but what is the title of the Sopranos book? I'm about to do a re watch and the boys sold me on picking it up

Great movie, it used to be on YT but it looks like it got taken down. Throw it up there for us brother

Pumped for an X-Files ep! All time fave show (surprising no one).

Yes, but very important the hero is both badass and utterly lovable (this is the formula for 80s action and most anime) I fucking loved it

I think Ben was thinking of Something About Marry when that actor played a unhinged Detective

John Carpenter (or someone pretending to be him) has posted about 50 reviews/stories on Letterboxd in over the last couple of days. I'm hoping it's real but the first review posted is for Blue Chips and simply reads "basketball", which made me think it's one of you janitors. https://boxd.it/bduOr

Seriously- that’s the kind of small but real story that would make a really good teen movie. The stakes are massive for that age and settling.
The Buffmaster
I'll get to work on it

I'm dating a Travis who loves to complain about how every Travis he sees in movies/TV is always a dumb hick character, so it was fun to send him the wikipedia page for the chimp.
Kris macfalda
A lot of laughs! Thanks again!

Stanger pronouncing Oregon correctly, and then correcting himself to mispronounce it got my ass.

For Baldurs Gate 3, there actually is a trophy for having sex with a mind flayer called “Mind Blown”. A shameful achievement that I have.
Gil Slits
That Rams song...
Brendan Crowley

Even if it doesn’t get added to the backlog I’m sold on the title alone. Upload that shit brother

I think the lesson from Chimp Crazy is the monkey's lives rule they seem like they fucking love masturbating all day and eatting cheese burgers and chicken nuggets while people are obsessing over them vs being in an Africa forest eating bugs while constantly at war with rival monkey gangs r*ping each other. And they only go crazy and rip people's faces off when the state laws say they can't go out anymore and have to be hidden in a cage all day.

Re; Gabrus' story about inexplicably wanting to, and regretting, singing 'Kokomo' to his class in school. An English friend told me a story from his time when he worked for an import/export company in Japan. He was the only Westener who worked there so there were work culture and etiquette stuff that he had to learn- such as (not described as mandatory but yes, totally mandatory) social events with the boss. One time they were all hosted by the boss at his house for a party. There was karaoke (my friend does not pride himself on having a good singing voice) and the song choices were decided by pulling slips of paper out of a bowl. My friend informed me at this stage in the story that there was NO DRINKING at this party- the whole thing was stone cold sober. It's my friend's turn and he pulls out The Beatles' 'Hey Jude' from the bowl. There is a polite laugh of recognition from the crowd (as 'oh it's the most famous English band and you're English') and he goes on to sing the song. At this point he reminded me that 'Hey Jude' is SUPER LONG and MOSTLY CONSISTS OF :NA-NA-NA'S'. He said it was the longest, most sober 7 mintues of his life.

Here is a movie recommendation: Night Of The Juggler (1980). Shot on location in the filthiest streets, subways & porno clubs at that time. Nonstop action, featuring Hotels James Brolin in a mad race to rescue his daughter. Several Car chases, fist fights, Dan Hedaya firing a shotgun in the middle of the street on a busy New York day. (Looks like a stolen shot). Great acting, great characters. 80% of this movie could not be filmed today.. It's almost impossible to get s good version of this. The YouTube version are 💩. I paid for a good version on a questionable website. I am considering uploading it to YT and sharing it with you guys. It's the perfect janitor / Rodgers movie.. Any takers?

Hey Gabrus, are you excited for “Den of Thieves 2” coming out in January?
