Where the Master was a very doom and gloom villain, Spike and Dru are definitely more... charismatic. Magnetic, even.

I think it's in regards to them arriving in Sunnydale and then seeming to be settling in for the time being. It's probably intentionally ambiguous at the start as to whether it's a home that he's coming back to or one that he's creating but it seems to be the latter. A bit later on he mentions the Hellmouth "putting colour in (Dru's) cheeks." He seems to think that he'll be able to heal her injuries since he makes reference to a mob in Prague that attacked her. The whole thing could probably be explained a little better but if we really zero in on every line of dialogue it's all in there in this episode.

I have NO idea who those two are, but I'm very intrigued so far! I find it so interesting that Spike called Sunnydale "Home Sweet Home." I really hope more is explained as we go along 💜

I don't know what to think about Spike and Dru yet! All I know is that I prefer them over the ANNOYING one, so at least that's a start. Spike seems a little more likeable than The Master but it feels wrong to have an enemy that I kind of like? I still want Buffy to kick his butt though 😂

It was so awesome seeing your first reaction to Spike and Drusilla. This is one of the highlight episodes of Season 2 Spike and Drusilla are definitely fan favourites. I can't answer a lot of the questions you had during the episode due to spoilers, but rest assured they will most defbe answered as you go through the series :)

Juliette, meet Spike and Drusilla. Spike and Dru, Juliette😆😉 An episode that I think a lot of us were waiting for you to get to and a favourite, I suspect, of a lot of fans. Definitely turns things on their ear. No more Anointed, a couple of charismatic new villains, and it sounds like maybe Snyder and the police know a bit more about the existence of the supernatural than we might have suspected. Lots of action, lots of comedy and snappy one-liners, and some heartfelt moments between some of our characters. This one is definitely way, way up there in my own personal rankings and I'm happy that it looks like you enjoyed it also🙂 See you in the next one!
