I Need Help!

I would absolutely love some help, if I may ask. I've been trying to deal with this myself for a while but nothing has happened. Someone has been re-uploading my reaction videos to YouTube, with no changes other than sometimes it being sped up. I've reported the channel multiple times, but maybe because the reports only come from one person (me), they get ignored.
If a few of you would be able to please report the channel as well, maybe we'd have more luck! I've usually been using the spam or impersonation option.

I was going to suggest mentioning your channel name in your intros ("hey guys this is Jules Reacts, welcome back to...) but I see you're already putting a watermark/channel logo in your videos now. Obviously won't help with your older videos but it will at least let viewers of these thieving channels know they're not watching the correct channel going forward.

As holder of the copyright to your reactions, don't you have the direct possibility to claim it? Or is this already the reporting you refer to? Sorry, if the question is redundant, I don't have any experience with that and I am not sure on the right vocabulary.

๐คฃ no I totally get it. I had a YouTube channel once upon a time, not reactions but all the footage was personally shot by me. I painstakingly spent so much time developing my perfect watermark then realized no one else really cares about it lol. Even a simple bit of text with your channel name would be enough, and would hopefully direct people to your page if they did stumble across stolen content.

I recently found another channel (Reuploading another reactor Cinema with Steph I think it was) and I got the fake one removed by pushing a bunch of reports to it with links to the original uploader

They didn't even bother changing some of the titles, you can see that they used 9convert.com to download your videos. I've reported the channel for you!

Maybe I'M the fake one and Katie is the REAL ME ๐ฑ it showed up in a tab in my Youtube Studio under copyright as their content matched mine. Thank you, Neil! I hope it gets actually looked at now by Youtube ๐ I might look into getting legal advice if it continues! I don't think they mean any harm by it - but it's just annoying.

How do we know YOU'RE not the impersonator? ๐ Seriously though, this really sucks! Sorry you're having to deal with this Juliette. I have three Gmail/Google accounts so I reported it three times. Hopefully with all of us reporting it YouTube will finally do something! Edit: How did you come to know that someone has been stealing your videos?

It happens to so many people ๐ญ This is the third time it's happened to me. That particular person also steals other reactors videos, under the same name of Katie Chandler, but on a different channel. It's so weird!

I selected Impersonation; you can say they are impersonating someone else. They're using a different name but still presenting themselves as Jules, so I think that falls under impersonation. :-)

For the report reason, wouldn't this fall under Legal:Copyright? edit: I just tried it and it sent me to https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2807622?hl=en where there is a process. I didn't continue since it states "The copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on the ownerโs behalf, should submit the removal request.", but a copyright complaint feel right since they're ripping off your whole video.

Jules, Happy to help! What should I choose as the reason? Scam? Impersonation? But when I look at their description, impersonation doesn't really fit. He's stealing your content, not your name. So...scam right? Grrrrrr. Makes me angry that people would steal your hard work. So sorry this is happening. We'll get 'em tho! We got your back!
