And a preview version of the game will be released in about 2 days later :D
Here is some explanation of how the system will work:
1. The pregnancy content can been enabled in the "Other Settings" page when setting up a new game.
(Fertilization mode* and pregnancy time can be adjusted there)
2. An ovum has a chance to be produced from the character each hour, when the player heat is exceed the 80%.
(If they have a vagina and enabled the pregnancy)
3. New ovum has a life of 18 in-game hours, and it will become inactive and disappear after that.
A pregnancy will only possible to occur when there is an available ovum.
Player can check the ovum state in the lewd stat UI.
A message "You have a warm feeling inside your Lower abdomen..." will also pop out.
4. The pregnant risk is based on how much semen inside the player vagina and if player is in-heat (Desire level over 80%).
The system has different mode* to check if player will impregnated.
5. Once impregnated, regardless of whether the player know they are pregnant, the belly size will grow up when the time pass.
There are 3 stages of belly size, small, medium and large. Equipment that covering belly will be auto-remove and non-equippable after reaching medium stage.
Later the belly stages, greater the debuff effect.
6. When the pregnant time reach the limit, a special scene will occur and player will faint after that, and wake up after a few hours.
*Different Fertilization mode
Reality: The remained semen inside your body has chance to cause a pregnancy, and you will not know if pregnant. (Check each in-game hour)
Half-Reality: The remained semen inside your body has chance to cause a pregnancy, and you will immediately know if pregnant. (Check each in-game hour)
Fetish: A pregnancy may occur during creampie, and you will immediately know if pregnant. (Check each ejaculation that occur inside the vagina)
Cum Inflation
Other then the fertilization system, cum inflation can be enabled in the game now.
When it is enable, the semen inside the body can cause the player belly size to grow up.
(This effect will not stack with the belly size changing due to pregnancy process.)
Some other changes:
Increased the UI scale for setting a new world & characters. Player can now interact with the options more easier (Especially for android version)
Tongue and inner body color (X-Ray section) are customizable, where you can preview them inside the character window.
Reorganized the stat UI and lewd stat UI (X-Ray sections)
Added an option to scale the control buttons for android version

Another question just came to my mind. How do you intend to handle/expand pregnancy in the future? Currently, according to your log, its just a fade to black screen at the end of pregnancy. Understandable too, live birth is not really everyones cup of tea. But I can see oviposition be a thing, especially with enemies like slimes and the plant pit in the forest. And then, what about children? Would there be a way to keep them, or would they perhaps immediately take off, maybe increasing the number of that type of enemy that can be encountered? So many possibilities.

Creating a new world is advised, but you can replace the player profile and world profile in your world save file with the profiles created in new version. It should helps to enable the new content when loading a world saved in previous version.
