Thank you both for the feedback! I will fix that error, and will be more cognizant of my phrases. I use that phrase a lot because I want to differentiate between a Mana spell and a Spirit spell. Maybe it doesn't matter anymore. Thanks!

Not sure how much he changes from now, but i agree that more than a few sentences repeat themselves quite often between chap.'s. such as "using the mana version of the greenhouse spell..." and it feels quite repetitive.

I’m not totally clear on what happens with the shed wall. If he leaves the shed open, the air will escape after Shelly shrinks. But if he replaces the wall, how would Shelly get inside?

You have Ruwen receive Sifts portal chalk twice. The first time right before he gives Lylan the dungeon mark and again in the shed.

"Sift had given Ruwen his Portal Chalk and Ruwen strode to the back of the Shed." This seems a little awkward and repetitive. I'd more expect something like "Ruwen strode to the back of the Shed, Sift's Portal Chalk in hand."
