Next Update and Animation Info
🕑 Added 2024-12-04 18:56:32 +0000 UTCSorry for the lack of info this month. I’ve been really focused on catching up and making progress after falling behind in previous months.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve watched many 3D videos in my free time. As you might know, I always take notes on every game I play to make my own game more interesting. Recently, I became particularly interested in a specific element from one of these 3D videos. It’s some kind of vibration effect? I’m not sure what it’s called, but it’s used by several notable 3D NSFW animators. I took the time to learn and simulate it, and I finally succeeded. Moving forward, I’ll be incorporating this effect into all future scenes I create. Unfortunately, past scenes (except for those scheduled for remakes) won’t include this effect (I am already running out of time).
Additionally, the next update v0.8.8 is scheduled for this weekend (7-8 December). However, it primarily consists of remake scenes and newly added animations along with improvements to sprites and icons. In the meantime, I’m also working on creating and refining clothing for certain characters to make them more accurate, even though side characters will only have few scenes but at least I don't want my work to be half hearted. A specific voiced content is also planned as a replacement for gold tier, so stay tuned for more updates!

Thanks for the insight! The only thing I can think of is that having a male POV will make the game more difficult in Part 2. Part 1 is already hard because I’ve received a lot of complaints, to the point that I added a quest journal to Part 1. There’s also a hidden mechanic in Part 1 that will carry over to Part 2, either potentially causing irreversible changes for the player, or giving advantage to the player. I did this to counter measure if somehow player get a good rng and try to stalling and bonding all heroines. I think I’ll try tweaking it more, rebalancing, and adding some minor adjustments to Part 1.

Focusing on remaking or changing hscenes that don't hold up is the right call. But when you're satisfied with that- I think adding ero to the male pov is important too. More things from kazumas view rather than the omniscient view of the story. If you go more for omniscience in part two- those that are playing from that pov will have weird pacing issues. There's already some weirdness in part 1. Finally- I think it's important to keep rebalancing the numbers of corruption. You can go 30 days without any characters falling if you do moderately well even though you can realistic beat the game and get through the lava zone in half that many days. There's no reason to return to base before the end of the trip unless you're missing a character needed to progress.. I don't think anyone should have trouble with that time limit so I don't think John should either. I know there won't be some sort of building debuff added so the only other way is adding checkpoints where the game returns you to force more days or making John even stronger than he already is in adding to those values. Least that's what i'd like to see. Maybe difficulty levels could be something..

The new animation effects look really good 👍 I'm glad to see you're back and take your time. I'll sub again when I get paid in a week or so, but I'm glad you are taking some time to redo or upgrade some old scenes. I'm actually more of a proponent of you beefing up the early BBC content over expanding the second arc, as I think the early content has a good amount of charm and can more easily be beefed up to have more NTR and love scenes to keep the pacing slower. I'd also like to see Yunyun and possibly some of the other side heroines in the first arc. Also I'd like to see the mystery of the ring be more fleshed out, as I think it's a pretty good plot device to toy with. Though that's just my preference, and I'm interested in what you have in store regardless.
