Even with 10 years, developing 100+ characters is a tall order. Unless some of these are just cameos or disappear for large sections of the story, which would be a waste of the character, I don't see it working and it seems like you're overcommitting yourself. You don't have to listen to us, but I would scale the size of the cast down to the essentials. Also, I can't help but feel there's a bit of recency bias in these selections. What happens when another anime gets big, will the cast change so you can include them?

I kind of agree with this. Some of these characters I've never even heard of. Considering you jump back and forth between Shonen Harem and Harem no Daibouken every year or so, by the time you get a third of the way through this list, you may be like 70+ years old. lol I get you want to do something long term, but this feels like biting off more than you can chew.

isn't it too much? i get wanting to get many chars but unless the series become extra extra long i feel like it's either impossible or everyone will have 1 panel each. just put who you feel right for your story.
