I hope your eyes are able to recover soon 😭 ! Have you tried blue light glasses? I recently invested in glasses that have a blue/violet tint to them, and they definitely help my eyes when I have to spend lots time in front of a computer screen! Maybe they could help you too if you haven’t tried already!
