🕑 Added 2016-02-03 01:16:57 +0000 UTC Tashti chose this outfit out of desperation when Kizarasunga's man shoulders, giant hips, and relatively small bust ruled out all the more contemporary dresses. The drape was designed to accentuate the rest of the outfit, not conceal it. Palladesian dresses are a lot more flowy and showy than their Jaezian counterparts. I'll post THAT concept art in March.
