New Tiers Up and Running!

It will charge you the difference of what you have already paid for the month. If you are currently at $5 and just got charged January 1st, it will charge you $10 if you go to the $15 tier before February 1st. Then on February 1st it will charge you $15.

If I change to the $15 level, do I just get charged another $10, or will it charge me the whole $15?
