Allison is so outstandingly good at conveying the complex inner thoughts and emotions of her characters through their expressions and body language -- by far the best of any comics creator I've seen. This thumbnail is a great example and the recently-posted "Flowers" even more so.
This is such a neat page. So much going on! I particularly like that Jintu seems genuinely surprised by Kizarasunga's concern for him and his feelings on the marriage idea. Also, that final expression of her's does not bode well for Lady Intha. She's so oblivious, I almost feel sorry for her in a way.
