I am so fascinated by and in love with the contrast between the role of advisors/lieutenants between the two leaders. Zusufula is literally restraining Kazra, but she still seems to be much more in control of the situation than the emperor does. I can't imagine anyone ever touching the emperor, yet he is still so constrained by protocol and image and optics.
