🕑 Added 2019-06-07 08:01:01 +0000 UTCTHIS IS IT! This is the end of Far to the North Volume 1. I intend to take some time off from the series to focus on other, shorter, comics. When I do come back to this series I would like to basically redo the old pages to prepare the book for print before starting on Volume 2, so it could easily be a couple of years before I'm able to resume the story. Which is fine with me, because I haven't finished plotting out the next volume anyway. This whole comic has been a huge learning process for me and I've really been looking forward to working on more small stand-alone comics like Persephone. Thank you for sticking with me thus far and I hope you'll read my other comics as well!

Ok,now that I got that out of the way, I know It makes perfect sense. Much wiser then burning yourself out. And hopefully there will be Tigress Queen to console ourselves with. There have been many great stories that have multiple years between books. Because that's what it takes. Congrats on wrapping the first volume. Thank you very much for the storytelling.

Congratulations on finishing part book of Kelu's life! I'm going to miss the North and its cast but I really look forward to seeing your other series progress! Can't wait to see the relationship between Eros and Psyche, start reading Poisioned, and any other new stories you come up with! Hope to see some more of our favorite Tigress Queen someday too! I've loved this series so much and the characters actually mean a whole lot. There has just been a lovely dynamic between them and I've loved their chemistry, relationships, and how they've grown. And your art too! But a break makes sense and I'm looking forward to the other projects as well! Like the Psyche comic or other stand alone. Your comics have been a joy!

I just hope FTTN doesn't meet the same fate as *several* other webcomics I've followed: a long hiatus is announced while the creator(s) work on something else or regroup or... then never return. FTTN is the best story I've seen in quite a while and I really, really want to see it continue!
