And while I've had many people over the years ask me if Far to the North and Tigress Queen were related, no one ever pointed at any evidence for this suspicion outside of the fact that they shared an author (which is understandable because none of the hints were obvious at all). Sometimes I'm too subtle, like I don't even know if anyone realized Soktonba was gesturing to himself when he said some gods are born gods. I will try to be louder.
This is the end of the segment so I'm gonna be picking a date to post a big fat chapter to my new website, probably in a couple of weeks or so. If you weren't aware, I redesigned my websites from scratch after leaving Hiveworks! Now that I'm not stuck with the old CMS's limitations I'm free to post as many pages per update as I want, so the pages have been reorganized into long segments for more convenient reading. I even went through the trouble of replacing the small text on all the old pages to make TQ easier to read on mobile.
While reuploading Far to the North I was stuck rereading it so much that it ate at my brain until I went ahead and rewrote the script for volume 1 to prep for the remake and started writing the script for volume 2. So uh... That might be a priority soon. Please don't tell me to not remake it you don't understand it HAS to be done.

I LOVE the panel with the dragon-heritage reveal voicing-over the blue glowing eyes. I knew instantly what that meant (found your work through Far to the North) and have come back to look at these pages several times since they've been posted cause that big ! moment still makes me smile. Re: FttN rewrite: I will cheerfully take whatever work you give us in whatever order you give it - I'm excited to read more Tigress Queen, but every story of yours I've read so far has been a lot of fun and more Far to the North would also be cool!

Rereading from the start and when Zusufula talks about the younger son during the introductions, I JUST noticed the Emperor says “who” rather than “what”, indicating that he understood AND I AM KICKING MYSELF IN THE REAR FOR NOT NOTICING THAT SOONER

I mean, YAAAAY! Cross-over / world expansion! YAAAY! Also, I love the level of subtle. It makes me go "waitaminute..." and backtrack to re-read sections. A story which repeatedly draws you in like that is absolutely DELICIOUS.
