Changes since 2405.19:
Added a new stylistic water style with major help from Helgust for providing the original code
Improved the look of winter, now foliage is much more dull and dead. A slider was added if one wants to bring back life into them :p
Sand and moss noise now only work in a distance (configurable) around the player to improve situations where sand gets everywhere. I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere.
Fixed a compile error and other small tweaks
