I'm slowly working on my original character for the month of December, and this is an idea I'm not 100% sure will work well. I want to see where it goes, nevertheless.
She's going to be a sort of android with ornated artificial belly and legs. I'm still working on the concept itself and messign with the colors and decoration patterns, but I wanted to share this idea with you guys, just in case anybody's curious.
She'll be released on December 2, 2024.

I know I should probably make something more robotic like your example, but for this character I wanted more of a fleshy feel contrasting with the void of her belly and legs. I know this may not work in the end, but that's something I'd really like to try :)

So far, I intend to keep her breats as they are, and I'll just change her outfit to make sure nothing's distracting from the belly area, since there's already too much information there. The belly area will be opened, and I intend to make a piece like I did with Karlach, in which I split her straps front and back, allowing free access to the body. Shelley here will have a strong spine to support her top region, and then the ornated belly will fit into it in two pieces, so yes, I guess I could fit something in the empty space :)

Yes, I need to give her a less natural look, and I just didn't get to this refining stage yet. I'll probably make a few lines in her face to give her a more android appearance.

Oh, I hadn't thought of that! I rarely consider making seasonal models, but I hope it could still be used for this case, like Ron suggested.

Woah, killer character design, I like it! I was actually wondering if I missed something, because I didn't recognize her from anywhere. Also please no implants, or at least implants only as an option, imo. But maybe just unnaturally perky ones would be a compromise? Also, this might be highly impractical for both printing and painting, but if the ribcage/torso/abdomen is open, you could hide some Easter eggs in there, like a mechanical heart or uterus or something like that :D

Looks great. Love the pose/setting. Almost seems like that would be a great February release. Kind of has a Valentine's Day theme to it.
