Left Hand Magic - Build 3 (Public Release)
🕑 Added 2022-07-03 02:11:16 +0000 UTCWith the release of Build 4 for $5+ patrons just a few hours ago, it's also time for the Free Public Release of the previous Build.
I was and am pretty pleased with Build 3. There are 14 new 'scenes' included, 6 of them animated, and each of the animated scenes are two-stage animations. Meaning there are a total of 12 new animations. All but one animation I'm completely happy with (why does that seem to always be the case?). And I'm generally pretty pleased with the progress made for each character, in getting them better defined and breathing some personality into them. Even if it's still early days yet, relatively speaking. The recently released Build 4 does quite a bit more in that direction, but...for now, Build 3 links await!

Release Notes for Build 3
This build focused on adding all of the Week 2 content. It contains:
-1 New Non-Lewd Scene for each girl
-1 New Lewd-but-not-animated Scene for each girl
-1 New Fully Animated Lewd/H-scene for each girl
-1 New Fully Animated Lewd/H-scene for each of the two Threesome Routes
- 14 New Scenes in Total
- A total of 12 new animations (6 animated scenes, two animations per scene)
-Updated Gallery and Credits
- Various bugfixes, typo corrections, and other small stuff!

What might be worth doing is including some hints at this with small bits of variable text? Like, I did see there was something like that in the segment where she takes a shower and her thought is slightly diffrent. Stuff like maybe the MC just performs worse as a dom or shows more hesitation if they aren't good at it. Mostly, the sort of stuff that can be done as a few one-off lines and that won't require adding in extra renders. That when when a player reaches the threesome route, it's more built up to?

Not quite accurate. Being too submissive will eventually lock you out of Trix's solo route entirely. Until that happens, though, yes actions would still be dominant with her. However! You actually weren't wrong about the two subs in belts being a thing if you choose early sub options with her. Doing so helps unlock the Threesome route with the MC, Trix, and Revina. That route is the one that will (eventually) result in both Trix and the MC being belted, with Revina as their Dom. Fair warning on that, though. That route hasn't quite developed far enough for that to actually happen yet. It's planned for Build 5.

Okay, so if I understand you correctly. The dom/sub option at present only really locks off a few scenes. But, a submisive MC with Trix is still going to act dominant with her? I think I got confused because a few of the early scenes seemed to suggest that the direction that content was going was "Two subs in chastity belts" rather then "One sub in a belt and a domme" if you picked the early sub option with her.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. The Dom and Sub variables are used, for the most part, for unlocking scenes in the long run. Currently, the only scenes that change if you choose the Dom or Sub action are a couple that you skip entirely if you choose the opposite reaction. And two that only completely unlock if you have high enough Dom score. Not giving Talia a blowjob in the prologue for example will skip that scene entirely, but is one of the keys to enabling the Threesome options with her and Arianna.

Okay so I'm confused. I tried doing the Trix content with both the dominant and the submisive variables, but I got completely identical scenes. Is something wrong with the variable tracking?
