And about the beginning of the last ep with Hohenhime, that was a big foreshadow about something that will happen in the 5th part of the series, so it won’t make sense for a while

Regarding the tunnel, it was explained in episode 35 that the tunnel was built to create a transmutation circle like the one in 5th lab, and I believe the tracks are there just to be able to get the dirt out of the tunnel, though I’m not fully sure
It makes sense that Pride would be the first homunculus because Pride is known as the sin from which all other sins arise

Here we finally are! Been awaiting this for a long time. Introduction of some new players in the 4 men with kimblee, Pride finally revealing himself with that great twist

I do believe his respect for them was real, but he certainly twisted that convo in order to gain Winry's trust. The military most likely received report that they were helping Ishvalans, so Kimblee was probably ordered to kill them. That's why I love this scene, there is so much depth in that conversation.

The Pride reveal is up there with the craziness of the Tobi reveal in the first part of Shippuden.

As people above have said, Kimblee wasn't lying about respecting the Drs. Rockbell. However, the manga does reveal that the reason he found them first was because he'd been sent to kill them for treating Ishvalans. That's the one thing he didn't mention to Winry.

This is one of the biggest WTF moments in the series. I especially love the thematic duality between Pride being the oldest Homunculus but having the youngest physical appearance, and Wrath being the youngest homunculus with the oldest physical appearance and how the oldest homunculus acts as the "child" to the youngest homunculus' "father" role.

Kimblee has a deep respect for people with an unshakable resolve. So he actually was not lying when he said he respects Winry's parents for what they did in Ishval. Also to answer your question Bradley does report to Pride. You actually see that happening when we first hear prides voice.
It might be just me, but I believe that the conversation that Kimblee and Winry had was mostly genuine. He was showing actual respect for her parents.
