This episode was released in the thick of the pandemonium, so I always saw in it somewhat of a reference to what happened in the world and naruto needing to make the decision whether or not declare quarantine, and the development of the "global village" in a way.

I know this episode is setting up a lot more of the situation in the village and the plot involving Kara, but my favourite part is when you see Sarada turn and listen to Mitsuki as he tells their friends what the doctors said about Borutos arm; implying that she didn't know while Mitsuki did. Because OF COURSE he does. XD I swear, by the end of the series he's gonna know Boruto better than Boruto knows himself.

From here until the current episodes the show is god like in my opinion

aside from the last few minutes, this episode was just so wholesome and warmed my heart - especially Kakashi and Naruto's interaction and the former saying "I trust your decision, Lord 7th."
