It's weird. I was happy for you to watch this but I knew it would make you sad. I did like that you got the reference of him washing Light's feet. This episode is so artistic. Like you said, heart racing episode even though it wasn't action heavy. Beautifully done.

Masterpiece of an episode. This is where the death note fandom becomes divisive. L played his hand perfectly and still lost due to outside interference that was outside of his control. If it wasn’t for rem, L would have found out that the 13 day rule was fake and have the evidence point back to light and misa again. I’m ok with it because this show is a metaphor for life, you can plan perfectly and still lose
