Thank you for your comment. I want to know the situation in detail. Did you not see the welcome message when you joined Patreon? In the app version, tap the icon in the upper left corner and check “My memberships”. In the mobile browser, press the “≡” mark and look for the “Memberships” item. There may be some variation in the notation, but you should be able to find an item called membership and check it there. I apologize for any inconvenience.
