It was one of the ribbed "Seeds" she ingested to help make her tummy grow ^_^ If I had done a baby it might have made things a lot more complicated in terms of catching it so I kind of gave my self a little break lol

Very nicely done. Felt very much the crazy crusader. Though it does feel like there's a few glitches. As she's giving birth, her dialogue just gets interrupted as she's talking by her moans, and the thing she births just seems to vanish almost immediately after emerging from her body.
