I wrote a 100% spoiler-free short recap on Conqueror's Haki for you, Jack. It can be hard to remember and connect absolutely everything, so maybe this will help. You have seen Conqueror's Haki from more than just Shanks, Luffy, and Chinjao. Here is a list of people who have been shown or stated to have the ability to use Conqueror's Haki prior to episode 647. You have seen 8 total, however 2 died (Whitebeard and Ace) so there are 6 current users you know of. Shown: Luffy, Shanks, Rayleigh, Ace, Doflamingo, Don Chinjao Stated: Whitebeard, Boa Hancock What should you know about Conqueror's Haki? There are 3 main abilities you have seen up until now. Terms to summarize those 3 abilities could be: "Intimidation", "Incapacitation", and "Pressure". 1. Intimidation: The ability to dominate the psyche of others and intimidate them. This has been shown several times against animals. You first saw it when Shanks intimidated the Sea King. Luffy has also used it on the Kraken and most recently the bull Ucy in the Colosseum. 2. Incapacitation: The ability to overpower the will of others, and knock them completely unconscious. This ability can be used on an enormous scale if the user is strong enough and sufficiently trained in its use. Luffy was shown to be able to knock out 50,000 fish men at the same time after his training with Rayleigh. This is the most common way Conqueror's gets shown or revealed. This ability will only knock unconscious others who are a certain degree weaker than the user (much much weaker), so for that reason it is most commonly used to knock out weak nobodies and extras that the user does not want to bother fighting. 3. Pressure: If someone's Conqueror's Haki is used with enough power, it can damage the surrounding environment or create shockwaves. Shanks is the only one you have seen doing this on an individual level. The example being when he walked onto Whitebeard's ship and his Haki not only knocked out many of Whitebeard's crew, but the ship started creaking and the wood in certain areas near Shanks began to break apart and warp around his vicinity. Something similar happens when two Conqueror's Haki users clash. A clash between two users can create vortexes, sparks, and shockwaves like the vortex that occurred when Luffy and Don Chinjao clashed. Or on a greater scale, when the clouds overhead split in two when Whitebeard and Shanks clashed. Hope this helps 😊.
