It wouldn't surprise me if Frieren were able to defeat the Dragon solo, despite its resistance to magic damage; she might just want to observe Stark's abilities in a life-or-death battle.

The story's pacing feels deliberate and unrushed, which makes slower moments more acceptable and enjoyable compared to faster-paced stories. If others get put off because of that then too bad for them. That's their issue. This show is great :)

It's telling the monster that creates illusions of lost loved ones from their memories. That Frieren knew Himmel would always tell her to shoot him if he was an illusion or fake.
