We've heard the word sunacchi before when Momo said it on the way to Udon with Tama. Momo got to know the word from Zoro and Zoro knew it from his village (Shimotsuki Village) and Kiku scolded him to not use that word. Now we know what it meant, it makes sense Kiku not wanting Momo to say it. Anyway, for Kiku's revelation, she is still she/her, jack. She said she's a woman at heart, and you can understand more of her in future episodes. but yeah, you don't have to be confused about a little revelation :D and also, We have to mention, how Luffy really shows his leadership here. I know he's always been emotionally intelligent, but 949 cemented it even more. He knew what to say to these people, he had to show that he shared his pain with them by touching the plague rounds too, he knew Momo had to be the one to give these people directions and not him bc he's a pirate just like Kaido. Again, what made me love One Piece so much is that it's not always brute strength that makes you a good or cool character, but also the emotional aspect of things, which Luffy has as the MC.
