We saw orochi get the info about the people that jumped 20 years back before the group even left Wano so it obviously had to be someone that jumped those 20 years… Jack knew raizo specifically was on Zou and not the others so only 3 remaining possibilities… momonoske obviously not the spy so only kinemon or kanjuro remain as suspects and the theater troupe clue should’ve been enough to narrow it down to kanjuro with all the makeup 😂

As some others have said, there were a lot of hints that Kanjuro was the mole (though some of the biggest hints were only a few episodes back). Drawing left-handed, having a devil fruit, being one of the only people that was always there when Jack or someone else mysteriously showed up. The biggest hint, though, was when Orochi said that the spy came from a theatre family / group. Kanjuro's makeup is made to look like traditional kabuki theater makeup. Either way, all aboard the Kanjuro hate train. :)

The twist makes so much sense in hindsight. Think about it. How did Jack know that Raizo was at Zou? Specifically Raizo, not all the samurai who left Wano. The only people who knew Raizo got separated from the rest were Kin, Kanjuro and Momonoskue themselves. Kanjuro was also the only one who could have tipped off the Beast Pirates—either by letting Doflamingo know or by drawing a bird to deliver the message to Orochi (the bird is the most likely option)

There were actually a lot of hints for it beeing Kanjuro The biggest beeing he always drew with his left hand even though he is right handed The first time we see him in Dressrosa the first thing he says is: Where is Momonoskue There was also a shot where he send out the birds but I don't remember when this was Also his design is that of a Kabuki Actor I am probably forgetting some but yeah he was the prime suspect for a while when reading Wano week to week
